Produced in the oldest winemaking region on the planet, this is a melding of modern and ancient techniques to produce a wine of great complexity, texture and elegance. Aged in a mixture of stainless steel tanks, Qvevri, and a small amount of French Oak. This truly flexible wine promises to be an excellent pairing for Christmas Turkey, Pork, Fish, or Lamb and all the trimmings.

This wine is also available as part of the Bedoba Set - a trio of the three Bedoba wines we stock.
