Many women notice that at some point in midlife their health and weight suddenly feel much harder to manage.
Sleep can become disrupted, energy levels dip, cravings increase and the things that once worked for your body no longer seem to make the same difference.
This relaxed health talk follows a gentle group walk and is part of the Stop Starting Over – Women’s Walk & Talk series.
For women who want to feel better, connect with others and stop being hard on themselves when it comes to their health.
Women’s health coach and nutritionist, Debra Geard will explore why these changes happen during perimenopause and menopause, and share simple, practical ways to better support your body during this stage of life.
You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of what’s changing in your body and practical advice you can start applying straight away to support your health and wellbeing.

We opened our shop in May 2009 to offer our village folks some delicious local and international foods & wines.
