When we were offered the opportunity to host Jesús Madrazo, we jumped at the opportunity. We would love for you to join us and share an evening of truly remarkable wines from an iconic winemaker. As this evening takes place on one of our tapas evenings we will be serving a set menu of tapas dishes throughout, more than the usual fare at our Tuesday/Wednesday tastings. Please note, while we are able to accomdate dietary requirements this is not an a la carte menu.

Jesus Madrazo Real de Asua is from one of the founding families of Compania Vinicola del Norte Espana (CVNE) and his much loved father José was Co-Founder of Contino in 1973, the first single estate in Rioja.

In 2017 Jesus left Contino. Having built up years of experience and the expertise acquired making premium wines for CVNE, Jesús has set up his own business with his initial focus being on unique wines from DOCa Rioja & DO Ribera del Duero.
