Bedoba, Saperavi Reserve
Bedoba, Saperavi Reserve
You may recognise the name of this wine as it is the big sister to our most popular red wine.
Produced in the oldest winemaking region on the planet, this is a melding of modern and ancient techniques; fermented in a mixture of stainless steel tanks, american oak, and Qvevri. A wine with more freshness and structure than its younger sibling, with less residual sugar. Still bold and full of dark berry fruit, this wine also carries a refined minerality and silky texture that makes it perfectly suited to lambs and beef dishes - we’d lovet to get this on the table with a nice beef bourguignon!
A small amount of this wine is available now, with further stock arriving Friday 12th December. The button below will read “Preorder now” if not currently on-hand.
This wine is also available as part of the Bedoba Set - a trio of the three Bedoba wines we stock.
We’ll do our best to have a bottle of all of the fantastic Bedoba wines open behind the counter into the new year - please don’t hesitate to pop in and try. Cheers!
