Produced in the oldest winemaking region on the planet, this is a melding of modern and ancient techniques; fermented in a mixture of stainless steel tanks and Qvevri. This produces a rich, velvety wine full of ripe blackcurrant and bramble fruits with gentle herbaceous notes and a touch of sweet spice. If you like Primitivo, you’ll love this.
